Sessions with Asgeir are always very special.
Full of deep work and caring touch. He is able to recognise what’s needed at the moment and to provide it using various techniques coming from Lomi Lomi massage.
He is very professional, warm and humain at the same time. After receiving massage from him I do always feel that my body is nourished, moved and taken care of in a best way, I find a lot of lightness, space and softness in my body after each session.

I can also recommend him as a teacher of Lomi Lomi Nui massage - he has a lot of knowledge, knows how to deliver the technical part, but also how to introduce the deeper meaning of this beautiful Hawaiian massage.

Ásgeir is absolutely incredible.
He taught me how to start trusting my body again after an injury and a lot of PTSD! He talked me through each movement so that my body felt safe. �I had also suffered a long term health ordeal for over ten years with fibromyalgia, symptomatic hyper-mobility & scoliosis. He opened up my upper back and shoulders, (where my injury was, & my scoliosis) and afterwards I realised I couldnt even feel anything at all in my shoulders, because there was no pain. It felt like air inside… I had been so used to feeling pain. I didn’t even realise how frozen my upper back & shoulders were before the treatment…�I also felt a complete acceptance from Ásgeir of any emotions that came with my pain. I learned to express not hold.
